Cloud server provisioning terms

ClaudHarbor sells monthly and yearly cloud server classes with support-led provisioning. Public plan names are ClaudHarbor service classes; support selects and provisions the matching infrastructure after payment confirmation.

Provisioning

Provisioning starts after the USDT transfer is confirmed on the selected network and matched to the invoice amount. Typical setup target is 2 to 12 hours, but fraud review, stock, region availability, and operating-system availability can affect delivery.

Availability

If the requested class or region is unavailable, support will offer an equivalent class, an alternate region, or cancellation before provisioning.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use, backups, domain configuration, application security, and keeping access credentials safe. Do not submit private keys or passwords through the order form.

Refunds

Unprovisioned orders can be reviewed by support. Network fees, exchange movement, abuse cases, and already-provisioned infrastructure may affect refund eligibility.
